Position Description
Integrated Psychological Center of Indiana (IPCI) is a group psychology practice seeking a variety of positions to join our expanding practice. We are seeking motivated, compassionate, collegial mental health providers to engage in psychotherapy and/or psychological evaluation services, who have an interest in working in a group practice setting, and appreciate connection with other clinicians in a supportive work environment. Desirable candidates will also share our mission and values of providing quality mental health care, being multiculturally-competent and humble, and viewing health as an integration of all parts of the self. Full-time employment requires 25 client contact hours per week. We are hiring for the following positions:
- Generalist Psychologist (full-time): Licensed psychologist with HSPP designation
- Spanish-Speaking Therapist (full-time): Licensed mental health clinician to provide therapy to Spanish-Speaking populations (LCSW, LMFT, PsyD/PhD)
- Couples Therapist (full-time): Licensed mental health clinician to provide couples therapy
- Part-Time Psychometrist: (masters level clinician with psychological evaluation training from a doctoral program. Graduate students who have completed an assessment practicum are invited to apply)
- Child/Adolescent Therapist (full-time): Provides therapy to children, adolescents, and their families.
The position will be an employee (W2) status, compensation is percentage based on income received, and is paid out bi-weekly. The psychologist will be paneled with Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield. We provide both telehealth and in-person services at this time, but in-person services are subject to change given pandemic variables.
IPCI provides psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, and adults in the form of individual, couple, and family therapy modalities. We have a variety of sub-specialties including couples therapy, treating sexual concerns, perinatal mental health, and trauma treatment, although we are also looking for therapists trained as generalists to meet the range of our clients’ needs.

Integrated Psychological Center of Indiana (IPCI) is an outpatient practice that serves children, adolescents, and adults. We provide a wide range of services including individual, couples, family, and group therapy as well as psychological evaluation services.
IPCI approaches integration from a number of lenses: multiple services are integrated into one center, the goal of successful therapy treatment includes integration of all parts of the self, and treatment that can integrate a number of therapeutic approaches. Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve a diverse range of clients providing individual, couples, and family therapy (with some potential for group therapy work)
- Must become paneled with Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance provider (credentialing is taken care of by the practice)
- Complete documentation within 24 hours of seeing the client including progress notes, intake paperwork, treatment plans, and termination notes
- Schedule and provide psychological assessment feedback sessions in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other providers within the group, as needed
- Correspond with referral sources to coordinate care
- Maintain case files within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) using TherapyNotes
- Be responsible for other aspects of client care including returning phone calls in a timely manner, scheduling sessions, and collecting fees at the time of service
- Operate in an ethical manner in accordance with the APA Ethics Code
- Provide excellent customer service to all patients and referral sources
Minimum Qualifications
- Psychologist position: Holds a doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology and is licensed, or licensed-eligible, in the state of Indiana with an HSPP designation
- Masters level clinician position: Holds a master’s degree in clinical social work or marriage and family therapy
- Demonstrates interest in working in a group private practice setting
- Demonstrates an interest and ability to increase level of comfort communicating about sexual issues in therapy, regardless of presenting problem, as sexuality and sexual functioning is a part of the self
- Demonstrates positive and collegial interactions with other clinicians and staff at IPCI as the practice grows
Additional Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrates an understanding of, and interest in, diversity issues and clients from all backgrounds
- Training in, and/or appreciation of, various theoretical orientations, such as process- and insight-oriented approaches, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Gottman Method
- Training in, and understanding of, trauma-informed treatment
