Dr. Keller is a counseling psychologist who works with adults and primarily integrates interpersonal, psychodynamic, and emotion-focused approaches within a multicultural and person-centered framework. She strives to develop a therapeutic relationship grounded in collaboration, empathy, and authenticity in order to create a safe space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported.
While Dr. Keller was trained as a generalist practitioner, she has specialized training in couples therapy, having conducted research and completed an externship in Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy. She has also obtained specialized training in the treatment of anxiety disorders, trauma, and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. She has additional training in psychological evaluation and testing. Her current interests include trauma recovery, specializing in the treatment of intimate-partner violence, working with couples from an emotionally-focused therapy approach, relationship issues, family of origin concerns, young adult populations, and stress/anxiety management.
