Rebecca (She/Her/Hers) is a fourth-year doctoral student in the Clinical Psychology program at University of Indianapolis, and she earned her Masters in Clinical Psychology from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville in 2017. Trained to treat a variety of presenting problems, Rebecca has experience working with anxiety, depression, substance use, trauma, grief, relationships concerns. She works primarily from client-centered and interpersonal approaches, working with each individual to address the concerns that are most important to them, while keeping in mind how interactions and relationships play a role in those concerns. Rebecca aims to offer care that is gender-affirming, sex positive, and trauma-informed. Rebecca has worked for the VA in their residential substance abuse program, acute care unit, and outpatient clinic. She also has experience through college counseling centers, outpatient community mental health, and emergency behavioral health care. Rebecca has additional interest and experience addressing sexual concerns with individuals and couples.
