Hold Me Tight is a Relationship Education Program based on the book, Hold Me Tight: Seven Conversations for a Lifetime of Love, by psychologist Dr. Sue Johnson, founder of Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy. This workshop provides 14 hours of relationship education by guiding couples through seven conversations that lead to long lasting security and connection.

Workshops are held over 2 days and are compromised of teaching/instruction, video examples of couples working directly with Dr. Sue Johnson engaging in one of the conversations, some large group discussion, and confidential time/space for couples to begin their conversations during breakout sessions. Therapists will be available to guide couples through any “stuck” spots.

Hold Me Tight is ideal for couples who:

• Would like to renew closeness and connection.
• Might not be ready for the time commitment of traditional couples therapy, but can carve out two days to jump start their bond.
• Are currently in therapy, but want a more intensive way to practice new skills with their partner with a roadmap from start to finish.
• For couples of any age or length of time in relationship.

Cost for the November 14th & 15th, 2025 workshop:

• $1500/couple (Early-Bird Registration through August 31st)
• $1600/couple (Standard Registration September 1-30th)
• $1700/couple (Extended Registration October 1-November 12th)
